Kalki is a French actress and writer who works in films and stage. Known for her unconventional body of work, primarily in Hindi films, she is the recipient of several accolades, including a National Film Award and a Filmfare Award. Although a French citizen, she has been raised and lived most of her life in India.

HER SONG is her first lead role in French and American English.

Eléa Clair

Madeline / Producer

Eléa is a French actress, director and producer.
She's known for numerous roles on French television and films. She's also directed several short films and web series including Mom To Be, shot in New York and awarded the NYC Women's Fund in 2023.
She's one of the co-founders of the production company Six and Midnight Films.

HER SONG is her first feature film as a lead actress and producer.

Julien Jacob

Julien

Julien is a French actor known for his work on stage and television. He performed for many years on stage in Alexis Michalik's tremendous success "Le Porteur d'histoires" which was awarded two Molières (French Theatre Awards). He also starred in the French TV series 'Moloch" and "Rictus", the latter of which received 'Best Comedy' at the Series Mania festival in 2023.

HER SONG is his second project with director John M. Keller after the short film "I've Had Enough!"

Zach Grenier

Zach Grenier is an American actor known for his work with directors David Fincher, Ang Lee, Clint Eastwood and for his performances in a number of critically acclaimed TV series like "The Good Wife", "Ray Donovan", "The Good Fight", "Killing It", "Devs..." He has also starred in various Broadway and Off-Broadway plays, and was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor for his portrayal of Beethoven in Moisés Kaufman's "33 Variations" with Jane Fonda.

HER SONG is his second feature film shot in France and his second project with director John M. Keller after "The White Stuff."

Marie-Christine Adam

Marie-Christine is a French actress with over 140 film and television credits, including a 13-season, 150-episode run as the iconic Blandine in the prize- winning series Sous le Soleil, diffused on TF1, Canal+ et M6. She had roles in international productions like "French Kiss" with Kevin Kline, "Le Divorce" (directed by James Ivory) and, recently, "Inventing Anna" with Julia Garner, one of Netflix’s all-time most watched English-language series. She also played in the new season of "The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon on AMC."

Thais Sobreira

Fabiola

Thais is a Brazilian actress fluent in French, Russian, English and her native Portuguese. She is also a former dancer, trained at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory Rimsky-Korsakov. Performances include her work on the Paris stage as Serafina, the lead in Tennessee Williams’ "The Rose Tattoo", on screen in François Goetghebeur’s "Rio, la Plage" (France 2) and at the Opéra de Paris in Oscar-winning director Michael Haneke’s staging of "Don Giovanni."

John M. Keller

Writer, Director, Producer

John is an American novelist, screenwriter and director, author of five books of fiction and numerous screenplays. His work takes place around the world (in Mexico, Uruguay, India, Brazil, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Italy, Japan, etc.). He wrote the screenplays for films showcased in festivals worldwide before directing multiple award-winning shorts in the United States and France.

HER SONG is his feature film directorial debut.

James Ivory

Executive Producer

James Ivory is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer. He was a principal in Merchant Ivory Productions along with Indian film producer Ismail Merchant and screenwriter Ruth Prawer Jhabvala. Their body of work is celebrated for its complex themes, strong performances, and rich characters.
In 2018, he won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay for "Call Me by Your Name."

Eric Gruendemann

Executive Producer

Eric’s 35-year career spans global film, television, media technologies, theme park design and premium brand marketing/consulting. As Executive Producer and Managing Director, he oversaw creative and physical production of the groundbreaking series "Xena: Warrior Princess" and "Hercules." President of Bombshell Pictures, whose global cult sensation, "Bitch Slap", returned more than six times its production cost, screening at film festivals worldwide, including Cannes and Toronto. In addition to writing and producing the film, he commanded its innovative, multi-media guerrilla marketing campaign, garnering numerous

creative awards, and helped sell the film into all major world territories.

Marine Assaiante

Producer

Marine is a New York-based French-American screenwriter and producer. She’s worked as a producer on corporate shoots, branding videos and commercials for McKinsey & Co and Chase Bank, among others.

In 2021, she founded I Hear an Accent
Productions, where she’s created and
developed her own projects, including "Check, Please!", which, after a festival run comprising more than 80 selections, won 22 awards and "Mom-To-Be" which received the NYC Women’s Fund for Media in 2022.

Wilhelm Kuhn

Co-Producer, Cinematographer

Wilhelm is a French filmmaker who was born and raised in Paris and a graduate of the London Film School. He has shot a variety of short films across the world including "Mtoto Wangu", "Check Please!", "Bea", "The White Stuff" and "Brutta Figura."

As a producer, he runs the production company Sunhour Films based between Paris & NYC. He is also the executive director of Lighthouse International Film Festival and teaches film history and film directing at the Montclair Film Institute in New Jersey.

HER SONG is his third collaboration as a cinematographer with director John M. Keller.

Thomas Walser

Cinematographer

Thomas is a French cinematographer who has worked in films and TV, in France and in the UK, with a number of talented directors among whom are Valérie Leroy, Romuald Boulanger, Pierre Palmade and Sara Hafner. Valerie Leroy's short film "Laissez-moi danser," on which he was the Director of Photography, was selected at Palm Springs International Film Festival and nominated for Best Short Film at the French Césars in 2019.
